Great location near major attractions and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to address my concerns. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay during my New Year's celebration. the hotel provided complimentary toiletries and excellent internet connection.

The lack of common facilities such as a microwave and limited toiletries could be improved. there was no room service available which made it inconvenient for basic needs like water.

Included a shower and bath sheets, all very handy. Had quick check-in too. I enjoyed the staff, they're welcoming and accommodating.

the bed was incredibly spacious and the pillows were soft and comfortable. Despite the aircon being a bit too cold, the room was still cozy and the fresh sheets added to the overall comfort. the staff at the hotel were very accommodating and made sure I had a pleasant stay. Although I arrived early and couldn't check, in, they provided a comfortable waiting area for me. the rooms, toilets, and bathrooms were all clean. the hotel offered decent facilities and the Wi, Fi was fast, although there were some connection issues during my stay. it was a peaceful and quiet place, and the inclusive pools and recreational facilities were a nice addition. the value for money was excellent, with a two, night stay costing around 2k.
